Fine Print/Exchanges/Returns

Non-returnable Items:

  • Sale or Clearance Items
  • Custom Requested Orders

Non-sale items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.  If you are exchanging your items for another size or a different item, we will send you a complimentary, free return label.  If you are returning the item for a refund, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Rove & Roam.

All returned items must include their original packaging, tags and accessories, must be in un-worn, mint condition. Items that do not meet the criteria will be sent back to the customer along with an explanation.

Additionally, because of the nature of our limited quantities and fabrics, please email so that we can ensure that we have the fabric to meet your requests.

 

EXCHANGES

  • Rove & Roam will exchange an item if it does not fit or is not to your liking
  • Contact us with your Exchange request and we will advise if it can be processed.
  • As we use limited quantities of fabrics all exchanges we may not be able to accommodate and will refund money upon return of garment.

 

RETURNS

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns.
  • If you are returning the item you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Rove & Roam.
  • Once the return is processed, you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your billing statement.
  • As each order is cut and sewn just for you we hope for your understanding in this matter.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns on international orders.
  • If you are returning the item for a refund, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Rove & Roam.
